Quit smoking and reduce chance of depression

I find it interesting that smokers sometimes explain that their habit is a way of calming themselves when things get too stressful but in reality a better way to increase positive emotions is to give up not light up. Those who smoke are more likely to be depressed or anxious than non smokers though the good news is this is reversed when you quit. We are all aware of the physical health benefits to quitting smoking but stopping extends to mental health benefits too. Read this article from the Daily Mail for more information. Amy
