- Take a moment to find a place to relax.
- Sit or recline and get comfy.
- Use headphones for privacy and to block out surrounding noises if you prefer.
- Set an alarm if there is chance you will fall asleep and you need to be awake.
There is no need to have done mindfulness ot mediation or have experienced formal hypnosis before. This is a gentle time that includes simple breathing and visualisations. It is around 15 minutes long so just the right length for you to fit easily into your daily routine if you choose.
