You can book your 15-minute complimentary discovery call with Amy in several simple ways:

The discovery call is an opportunity to outline your issue and understand how hypnotherapy can help you, Of course Amy is more than happy to answer any questions you may have, including any about the sessions, the treatment or hypnotherapy itself.

Please be aware that if Amy is with a client she will be unable to be in touch immediately and will return your call or reply to your email as soon as possible. Please leave an appropriate email address or phone number for Amy to contact you on so confidentiality can be maintained. To protect your data and for confidentiality reasons, you can communicate with Amy either over the phone or via email. Amy is unable to respond via social media apps including What’s App and Facebook.

Booking Now If you would prefer to book to begin your therapy journey straight away then please email your best days/times during the week so Amy can send appropriate availability to you. Please note your investment fee is payable in advance of your sessions beginning.

Zoom and Skype Sessions
Zoom and Skype Sessions are available if you prefer. Amy works with people nationally and  internationally too but is unable to work with those in USA or Canada due to insurance limitations. It is important you have a good wifi connection, a private space where you won’t be interrupted and a strong understanding of English.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 9.00am to 8.30pm
Fridays: Please ask

A block of four sessions, each 60 -75 minute sessions, is £347. After the initial session only, I offer a no quibble refund for the remaining three sessions. (See the T&Cs) Subsequent blocks of three sessions are available at £267.

About Your Appointment

Location
The Power of Your Mind Hypnotherapy is in Skipton, North Yorkshire yet located close to West Yorkshire and Lancashire. The practice is located just a few minutes walk from Skipton town centre, close to Ermysted’s Grammar School, about 3 minutes from Fisher Medical Practice and 5 – 10 minutes from Craven Clinic, Skipton High Street. Skipton railway station is just an 8 – 10 minute walk away.

Parking
There is free on street parking on nearby streets although, for ease, often clients choose to park at the nearby pay and display car park on Coach Street, BD23 1LE. There are good transport links from West Yorkshire, for example Bingley, Bradford, Ilkley, Leeds, Saltaire, and Shipley, and from Lancashire, for example Barnoldswick, Colne, Clitheroe, Earby and Burnley. It is also easy to drive to from other places in North Yorkshire such as Harrogate, Grassington, Settle and the southern parts of The Yorkshire Dales.

Early arrival
It is recommended you arrive at your arranged appointment time as it may not be possible for me to answer the door earlier. If you arrive early there is a coffee shop nearby. The Exchange Coffee Company  is at 10 Gargrave Road, BD23 1PJ. They are open 9.15am – 4.30pm in the week ( except Tuesdays).
