    What is the difference between therapy and hypnotherapy?

    I don’t like the idea of therapy or talking about myself?

    I’ve tried counselling before and it didn’t help my anxiety. How do I know this will help?

    I’m so sorry you are still suffering. I obviously cannot comment on your previous therapy or therapist. I use a combination of different tools and techniques including hypnosis. I find this approach works well because hypnosis targets the subconscious mind and combined with a variety of other tools anxiety is controlled quicker and more effectively than was expected by the client.

    Counselling is a conscious mind talking therapy and can take many months or years to achieve what hypnotherapy can achieve in a much short time.

    The mind’s main objective is to keep you safe (and alive) and if subconsciously something is considered unsafe then it will activate your fight or flight system. Once we target this we change the body’s responses.
